HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?


Simply add the item(s) to your shopping bag. Click on the shopping bag icon in the top right hand corner to head to the checkout. Follow the payment instructions. PLEASE NOTE: You will be transferred to a secure third party (PayPal) for payment.




I'M NOT SURE WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE...


Don't worry! We have a SIZE GUIDE to help you! Our unisex style tees are often quite generous in size whilst our women's fitted tees are slim fitting so please make sure you double check the guide to ensure a perfect fit. If you still need more help - CONTACT US




WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?


We currently accept all major credit/debit cards - Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro & American Express. We also accept direct PayPal payemnts. We take all payments via a secure third party (PayPal). You will be directed to PayPal to complete you payment before returning to our site for confirmation. You do not have to have a PayPal account to complete the transaction.




THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER...


Please make sure that you have entered all your details correctly. We know this might sound obvious, but sometimes, the smallest mistake can cause problems when submitting your order. We hope that double checking things will solve any issues you may have but should you find there is still a problem, please CONTACT US.




I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER


If your order has not yet been shipped to you, we may be able to make changes to your order. If you'd like to do this, please let us know as soon as possible via the CONTACT US page and make sure you include infomation on the ammendment you are looking to make. If it is possible to make the changes for you, we will be in touch within 24 hours with an update. If you order has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to make any changes. You can still return your order for an exchange/refund should it meet the eligible criteria.




CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually cancel your order for you and provide a full refund. Please CONTACT US if you'd like to do this. Under the UK's distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of the item(s) for a full refund. To receive a refund, you would need to return the item to us in an unworn, undamaged condition within 30 days of it's arrival with you. Unfortunately, personalised items are not included in this and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on these items once the order has been printed.




WHERE ARE YOU BASED?


We're based in the north of the UK. We work out of a studio so unfortunately, we don't have anywhere you can come and visit us but we love to see you guys share with us on our social media!
